6.30 am 3 miles run with Lilo

I have to say, it was pretty hard to get up this morning. My back and arms are pretty sore from the weekend. I think my upper body strength needs to catch up with my legs.
But Lilo was really excited to go for a run, she was all smiles and galloping right behind me. It's such a treat to have running buddies like Lilo & Vodka.

My great-grandma is in the hospital. She is 96. It's really hard to be away when a family member is not doing well. I am sending her my love and the biggest hugs. I love you Hayros, I'll be thinking of you. Hang on.
