45 days to go
6.30 am 3 miles easy run with Lilo

I slept in this morning. I didn't hear my alarm at all. I know.. Unacceptable.
I needed to run 1 mile less than my schedule to come home on time.

It's wet outside, warm as well.
I dont know if we are going to be able to snowboard at Cypress this season if it goes like this.

Lilo and metal bridges don't get along well, she is refusing to cross them. She refused this morning as well. It took me sometime to convince her to cross and when she realizes she doesn't have a choice, she is not walking, she is actually crawling..

I am so proud that I have a lot friends taking action to change things for a better world.
